April 22--Police are asking for the public's help locating a man who went missing from his home in the city's Grand Crossing neighborhood late Thursday night.
George Burt, 67, was last seen about 11:45 p.m. in the area of the 7300 block of South Dorchester Avenue. He is known to frequent the area near the 11900 block of South Normal Avenue, said police. Burt was last seen wearing a brown hat, a green jacket and tan pants.
He is described as a black man with a medium complexion, gray hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs about 150 pounds, said police.
