March 07--Lucky Brand Jeans is returning to the Magnificent Mile.
Lucky Brand, which closed its shop on the second level of the Shops of North Bridge last year, will open this spring in the former Benetton space on the first level of the mall, at 520 N. Michigan Ave.
Benetton closed in mid-August, leaving the Chicago area without any stores from the colorful Italian brand.
Lucky, a Vernon, Calif.-based brand that sells men's and women's clothing with a bohemian vibe, has only one other Chicago store, in Lincoln Park, though it has seven in suburban malls.
