Sept. 30--Former Chicago Bears linebacker Lance Briggs has listed a two-bedroom condominium in Northbrook for $239,900.
Briggs, 34, played with the Bears until retiring in September. He is bracing for a loss on the condo, which he bought in 2006 for $371,500. He listed it in June and now has a contract to sell it.
Built in 2002, the unit has two baths and a two-car garage.
Briggs still owns a 5,158-square-foot house on more than an acre in Northfield that he bought in 2008 for $2.3 million.
