BRIEF: Lakeview bar to host watch parties for Caitlyn Jenner docu-series

July 13--A Lakeview bar will broadcast Caitlyn Jenner's docu-series "I Am Cait" with transgender entertainers performing during commercial breaks.

The Kit Kat Lounge and Supper Club announced Monday it will tune its seven projection screens to the E! network on Sundays starting July 26. The show airs at 7 p.m.

The eight-part, one-hour series will show Jenner's life as a transgender woman. Jenner, 65, previously identified as Bruce Jenner.

Jenner's sitdown with Diane Sawyer to discuss the transition drew more than 17 million viewers in April.

The weekly viewing party at the Kit Kat Lounge, 3700 N. Halsted St., will include half-priced martinis and $7 Stoli Moscow mules.

The Kit Kat Lounge has previously broadcast episodes of "Glee" and "Project Runway."
