BRIEF: Kyle Cumiskey 'very likely' to play in Game 2 for Blackhawks

May 20--Without coming right out and declaring defenseman Kyle Cumiskey would play in Game 2 of the Western Conference finals against the Ducks, coach Joel Quenneville gave a strong indication Cumiskey would be in the lineup.

"Very likely," Quenneville said when asked whether Cumiskey would take the place of David Rundblad in Game 2.

It's another roll of the dice for Quenneville as he tries to find a suitable replacement for Michal Rozsival, who is out for the playoffs after fracturing his left ankle.

Rundblad had a rocky Game 1 in which his shaky play on a few pucks helped lead to two Ducks goals.

This will be the first playoff game for the 28-year-old Cumiskey since he was with the Avalanche in 2010.

Quenneville said to expect "status quo" when it came to other potential lineup changes. After shaking up his lines in Game 1, Quenneville hit the rest button at the Hawks' practice Monday.

The lines were:

Marian Hossa-Jonathan Toews-Brandon Saad

Patrick Kane-Brad Richards-Bryan Bickell

Teuvo Teravainen-Antoine Vermette-Patrick Sharp

Andrew Shaw-Marcus Kruger-Andrew Desjardins
