BRIEF: Kristin Cavallari: Therapy saved my relationship with Jay Cutler

April 13--Kristin Cavallari credits her therapist with saving her relationship with Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.

"We've come so far being in therapy, both individually and together as a couple, that it's been incredibly beneficial," Cavallari tells Steve Harvey during Thursday's episode of his talk show.

Cavallari, who married Cutler in 2013, told Harvey she helps keep the romance with Cutler alive by sending him sexy messages, though she is typically preoccupied with other things as she texts him. Cavallari also reiterated her stance that Cutler should get a vasectomy.

Cavallari, 29, gave birth to the couple's third child, a girl named Saylor James, in November. They are also parents to Camden Jack, 3, and Jaxon Wyatt, 23 months.

Also on Thursday's "Steve Harvey," West Side native Larenz Tate talks about his new NBC show "Game of Silence" and introduces Harvey to Home Run Inn pizza.

"Steve Harvey" airs 2 p.m. weekdays on WMAQ-Ch. 5.
