BRIEF: Kristin Cavallari's memoir is more than 200 pages long

Jan. 20--Kristin Cavallari has a lot to say about her marriage to Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, their three children, and her diet, exercise regimen, business acumen and fashion sense.

Cavallari's upcoming memoir/lifestyle book "Balancing in Heels: My Journey to Health, Happiness, and Making it all Work" is more than 230 pages long, she revealed Tuesday on Instagram.

"Less than 2 months until #BalancingInHeels is out!!! It's becoming real! Ahh!!!," Cavallari, 29, wrote as she shared a picture of the book's contents page.

There are chapters devoted to her:

>> Children (40 pages)

>> Relationship with Cutler (28 pages)

>> Diet (34 pages)

>> Exercise regimen (20 pages)

>> Fashion sense (26 pages)

>> Ability to be a "glowing girl" (20 pages)

>> Lessons on how to be the head (expletive) in charge: (18 pages)

>> Recipes (30 pages)

There's also an index page to round out the book, which is due out March 15.

Cavallari, a reality show veteran who starred on MTV's "The Hills" and "Laguna Beach," married Cutler in 2013. The couple are parents to Camden Jack, 3; Jaxon Wyatt, 20 months; and Saylor James, nearly two months old.
