BRIEF: Kris Bryant to bat 3rd vs. Felix Hernandez

March 21--MESA, Ariz. -- Chicago Cubs manager Joe Maddon is coming through on his vow that he will experiement with some radical lineups during the course of spring training.

Saturday's lineup against the Seattle Mariners at Sloan Park is proof of that. Struggling Javier Baez will bat leadoff, with Kris Bryant batting in the third spot. Bryant is making his first start at third base since March 12. Bryant has hit six home runs this spring.

Anthony Rizzo slips to the fifth spot.
