Feb. 25--The city will hold its annual boys and girls track meet March 18 at Laguna Beach High School.
The event is open to all children born in 2001 or later who reside or attend school within Laguna Beach Unified School District boundaries. Participants may enter a maximum of three events.
The top four finishers in each age division will be eligible for the Orange County Track Meet on May 1.
Parents can register their children online at secure.rec1.com, or submit a competed entry form with a $17 entry fee to the community services department by March 17. The cost is $22 on the day of the meet, which runs from 5 to 8 p.m.
