BRIEF: Kenny Williams, Zoraida Sambolin buy Lake Michigan home for $2.33 million

Oct. 27--Chicago White Sox Executive Vice President Kenny Williams and his wife, WMAQ-Ch. 5 morning news anchor Zoraida Sambolin, have paid more than $2.33 million for a four-bedroom, 7,265-square-foot mansion on Lake Michigan in New Buffalo, Mich.

The purchase is the latest change to the power couple's real estate portfolio. As Elite Street previously reported, the couple also recently listed their five-bedroom, 6,300-square-foot vintage greystone mansion in the Gold Coast for $3.75 million.

Sambolin previously told Elite Street that the couple listed the Gold Coast home because they have been spending more time at their vacation home. Built in 1989, the New Buffalo house they just bought had been listed for $2.895 million. It has five full baths, a walkout lower level, two fireplaces, a large kitchen, a gym, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, an infinity pool and a 10-person hot tub.

"It's peaceful, and we absolutely love it," Sambolin told Elite Street, referring to their new place in New Buffalo. "We love being on the water. It's like a little slice of heaven."
