May 04--The larger of a pair of partially remodeled houses owned by members of the Ozzy Osbourne family has sold in Hollywood Hills for $2 million.
The smaller of the side-by-side homes is in escrow. Both were listed in late March at $1.999 million each.
The property that sold is Kelly Osbourne's. Set on about a quarter-acre, the 2,538-square-foot Contemporary house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Aimee Osbourne's next door property, on less than a quarter-acre, has the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms in 2,038 square feet of living space.
Both feature swimming pools.
Kelly Osbourne, 30, appeared on "Fashion Police" from 2010 until this February. The purple-haired singer-actress was on the Emmy-winning family reality series "The Osbournes." She also has since been on "Life as We Know It" and "Are We There Yet?"
Jonah Wilson and Stephen Resnick of Hilton Hyland, an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate, were the listing agents.
Jonathon Nash of the same office represented the buyer.
