The "Touched with Fire" actress and her daughter Suri Cruise were spotted watching second-round NCAA Tournament games Sunday in Brooklyn. Holmes, 37, and Cruise, 9, were photographed at the matchups between Iowa and Villanova and Notre Dame and Stephen F. Austin.
No. 2 seed Villanova defeated No. 7 seed Iowa 87-68. The Wildcats are set to face the University of Miami on Thursday.
No. 6 seed Notre Dame edged No. 14 seed Stephen F. Austin 76-75. The Fighting Irish are scheduled to face Wisconsin on Friday.
Former Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie was also spotted at the Notre Dame game. The New Jersey governor told USA Today he and his wife are longtime friends with Notre Dame coach Mike Brey and Christie's daughter, a Notre Dame sophomore, is one of Brey's student managers. Christie was photographed in the Notre Dame locker room after the game.
