May 09--Kanye West paid tribute to his late mother Donda on Twitter for Mother's Day.
"Thank you for watching over our family. Nori and Kim say happy Mother's Day... And Saint smiled," West tweeted Sunday, referring to wife Kim Kardashian and their children, North and Saint.
Donda West, a former chairwoman of the English department at Chicago State University, died in November 2007 after undergoing cosmetic surgery.
West, 38, also posted a photo of a "Donda" necklace.
"Found this in Mom's storage. I love and miss you," he tweeted.
Kardashian, meanwhile, celebrated Mother's Day with an orchestra in their living room, according to media reports.
