BRIEF: Junior Lake receives rare start

May 23--PHOENIX -- It's axiomatic that David Ross will catch in games started by left-hander Jon Lester.

But the Cubs threw a wrinkle in their lineup Friday night by starting Junior Lake in left field against Arizona right-hander Josh Collmenter.

Lake, in his second stint with the Cubs this season, will start for the third time. Chris Coghlan usually starts against right-handers, and Coghlan was 3-for-11 with two home runs in a three-game series at San Diego earlier this week.

Here's the Cubs' lineup:
