BRIEF: Jose Contreras leads roster of attendees at SoxFest

Jan. 11--Jose Contreras, one of the major contributors to the Chicago White Sox's 2005 World Series title, is among the list of scheduled attendees at SoxFest 2016.

Contreras will be joined by former teammates Carl Everett and Willie Harris at the event, scheduled to be held Jan. 29-31 at Hilton Chicago.

Outfielders Melky Cabrera and Avasail Garcia, along with pitchers Nate Jones, Dan Jennings, Erik Johnson, Zach Putnam and new catcher Dioner Navarro have been added to the list of current players scheduled to attend.

Three-time All-Star outfielder Chet Lemon and former pitcher Kirk McCaskill also are among the invitees.
