BRIEF: Johnny Depp's band Hollywood Vampires not performing at Ravinia

March 10--Johnny Depp's band Hollywood Vampires won't be performing July 17 as part of Ravinia's summer concert series, Ravinia reps announced Wednesday.

The reason for the set cancellation was not announced. The band, which also features Alice Cooper and Joe Perry, is still promoting a July 14 set at the Rock Fest in Cadott, Wis.

Meanwhile, Ravinia reps announced other lineup changes and additions, including a June 25 set by Gavin DeGraw and The Fray ("How to Save a Life").

Former Creedence Clearwater Revival lead singer John Fogerty will make his Ravinia debut Aug. 25.

Grammy winner Mary Chapin Carpenter joins the previously announced July 1 concert featuring the Indigo Girls with Shawn Mullins.

The Go-Go's returns to Ravinia on Aug. 19, while the Sept. 5 concert featuring Los Tigres del Norte and Mariachi Flor de Toloache has been rescheduled for Sept. 17.

Public ticket sales are scheduled to begin 5 a.m. April 26 via ravinia.org. Some Ravinia donors could begin requesting tickets Wednesday.

Ravinia features more than 140 events from June 2-Sept. 17.
