Feb. 03--Jimmy Butler can thank NBA schedulers for an opportunity to spend some time with a couple of Denver Broncos buddies Tuesday in a relaxed moment during Super Bowl week.
The Bulls guard posted a photo of himself on the street (perhaps outside the Barneys on O'Farrell Street in San Francisco? Hat tip to Google Maps) with Demaryius Thomas and DeMarcus Ware from his Instagram account within minutes of Ware tweeting the same photo.
"glad I got to see my brothas @demaryiust88 and @demarcusware .. from left to right.. fastest to slowest," Butler said in his post.
Ware tweeted, "Getting some fresh air with the cool kids @JimmyButler @DemaryiusT."
The Broncos are staying in Santa Clara, Calif., while preparing to play the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50 on Sunday. Butler and the Bulls have a game Wednesday in Sacramento.
Butler has posted photos of himself wearing Thomas' No. 88 jersey throughout the NFL season.
