Aug. 03--A Sierra Towers condominium once home to rock 'n' roll lyricist Jerry Leiber has come on the market for more than double what it sold for in 2014.
Listed for sale at $2.995 million, the West Hollywood residence changed hands for $1.4 million in August last year.
Leiber, who died in 2011 at 78, bought the south-facing unit in 1998 for $275,000 and sold it nearly a decade later for $1.5 million.
