Jan. 19--Gus Menary will become Jackalope Theatre Company's third artistic director, the company announced Tuesday.
Menary has served as Jackalope's interim artistic director since March 2015. With Jackalope, he has directed Andrew Swanson's "Lunacy!" and Ike Holter's "Exit Strategy," the latter of which received an extended run and garnered a Jeff nomination for best director.
Jackalope also announced that Paloma Nozicka and Corinne Bass have been named as the newest company members. Nozicka most recently appeared in "Exit Strategy" as Jania and Bass has designed props for Jackalope productions including "Crumble (Lay Me Down, Justin Timberlake)," "Lunacy!," "The Raid" and the forthcoming production of Calamity West's "Rolling."
