Dec. 21--Actress and model Natalie Emilia-Romagna Martinez of the series "Kingdom" has bought a gated home in Sherman Oaks for close to $1.04 million.
The 1956 Traditional-style home features high ceilings, a living room with a fireplace, a breakfast nook and a family room with a fireplace.
The spa-like master suite has a balcony and occupies an entire level of the house, which has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The grounds include a swimming pool and lawn.
Martinez, 31, is a spokesmodel for the brand J.Lo by Jennifer Lopez. She is also on the current series "Secrets and Lies" and appeared on "Under the Dome" (2013-14), "CSI: NY" (2012-13) and "Detroit 1-8-7" (2010-11)
