BRIEF: Have you seen this man? Tell him to claim his $1-million lottery prize

March 12--The lucky California Lottery winner seen above has until 5 p.m. to claim a $1-million prize drawn in September.

That's 5 o'clock tonight, or less than three hours from the time this post was published.

The winner purchased the Powerball ticket at Rosemead Supermarket in the 8800 block of East Valley Boulevard. The ticket matched every number -- 37, 6, 1, 53 and 16 -- in the Sept. 13 drawing, except for Powerball number 27 to win the whole lot.

The supermarket collected its $5,493 bonus for the winning ticket, the lucky winner has not claimed his winnings.

The man had 180 days to claim the prize, and this is Day 180.

Now, California Lottery officials are distributing surveillance video footage that shows the man as he purchases the winning ticket.

Once the prize expires, the unclaimed winnings will be sent to California public schools.

More than $20 million went unclaimed during the 2013-14 fiscal year, according to the lottery.
