Jan. 07--Police are searching for two men who robbed a bank in Harwood Heights at gunpoint late Tuesday morning.
The two walked into the Plaza Bank, 4660 N. Harlem Ave., at 11:07 a.m. and pointed their guns at two employees standing at a teller window, police said.
The employees handed the robbers cash, and the robbers left without injuring anyone, Harwood Heights police Chief Jim O'Grady said.
Making quick work of the robbery, the two were "in and out in about a minute," O'Grady said.
