BRIEF: Glendale woman allegedly swerves car into bicyclist

Feb. 10--A 53-year-old Glendale woman was arrested after allegedly assaulting a bicyclist with her car on the road in Glendale, officials said.

Around 4:30 p.m. Friday, a 29-year-old woman was riding her bike up San Fernando Road near Magnolia Avenue when the driver--identified as Nazik Ghazarian--reportedly pulled up next to her and swerved, striking her ankle, said Glendale Police spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot.
