BRIEF: Girl missing from Far South Side

May 12--A 15-year-old girl is missing from the Far South Side, according to police.

Deja Taylor was last seen Sunday near the House of Hope Salem Baptist Church in the Roseland neighborhood, just north of 115th Street on Langley Avenue.

Police said she has often visited the area of the 1300 block of West 15th Street in the University Village/Little Italy neighborhood.

Deja was last seen wearing a turquoise jacket, a turquoise dress with pink stockings and black flat shoes, according to police.

Taylor is 5-foot-4, weighs about 150 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.

Police are asking anyone with information about her whereabouts to call detectives at 312-747-8380.
