BRIEF: Girl, 15, went missing 6 days ago in West Town

Dec. 11--Police are asking for the public's help finding a 15-year-old girl who went missing six days ago in the city's West Town neighborhood.

Soraida Sevilla was last seen Dec. 4 in the 1400 block of West Huron Street. She was wearing a long gray hooded jacket, blue pants and black gym shoes with purple trim, police said. Soraida is known to frequent the area near 44th Street and Marshfield Avenue.

She is described as Hispanic with a medium complexion, brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds, police said.

Anyone with information on her whereabout is asked to call 911 or the Chicago Police Department's Area Central detectives at 312-747-8380.
