Dec. 03--Police are asking for the public's help finding a girl who went missing two days ago in the city's Back of the Yards neighborhood.
Lemya McKelker, 15, was last seen Tuesday in the area of the 1000 block of West Garfield Boulevard. She was wearing a short white jacket, bluejeans and gym shoes, police said.
Lemya is described as a black girl with a light complexion, black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 188 pounds, police said.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the Area South Special Victims Unit at 312-747-8274.
