April 28--Police are asking for help in finding a 13-year-old girl who has been missing from a West Humboldt Park home since Sunday evening.
Deonna Smooth, of the 4300 block of West Thomas Street, was last seen about 5 p.m. Sunday, according to a statement from the Chicago Police Department.
Deonna is also known to visit the area near 4300 block of West Crystal Street, authorities said.
She is 5-foot-6, weighs about 110 pounds and has brown eyes, long brown hair and a medium complexion, according to authorities.
Deonna was last seen wearing a black and white Pelle Pelle jacket with white lettering, black and gray jeans and black-purple-white gym shoes. Her fingernails are painted green, according to the statement.
