BRIEF: Game dinner at Intro will benefit Chicago Food Depository

Oct. 13--D'Artagnan, a gourmet-meat purveyor already familiar to boutique-food-market shoppers and savvy online buyers, will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a special dinner, 6 p.m. Oct. 26, at Intro (2300 N. Lincoln Park West).

Chefs Stephen Gillanders and Aaron Martinez (respectively, the incoming and outgoing chefs at Intro) will be joined by Doug Psaltis (RPM Steak, RPM Italian), Michael Sheerin (Embeya) and David Posey (opening a to-be-named Chicago restaurant in 2016) to create a five-course dinner featuring D'Artagnan venison, duck, foie gras and other products. Chapoutier (Rhone Valley) wines will be matched to each course.

Tickets, $135 (not including tax and gratuity), are on sale and available at www.IntroChicago.com. Proceeds will be donated to the Greater Chicago Food Depository, a charity that fights hunger in Chicago. Tickets also include admission to the afterparty, held at 10 p.m. at Mon Ami Gabi (across the lobby from Intro).
