BRIEF: Former Chicago attorney voted off 'Survivor' for second time

Nov. 12--Andrew Savage's second chance at winning "Survivor" expired Wednesday night.

The former Chicago attorney was eliminated after competitor Kelley Wentworth secured immunity in Wednesday's episode. The tribal council votes were split between Wentworth and Savage, who now lives in California.

Savage, 52, finished in 12th place on "Survivor: Cambodia -- Second Chance." He finished in 10th place in "Survivor: Pearl Islands," the seventh season of the franchise.

The public this year voted on which "Survivor" cast-offs should join the cast of "Second Chance," the 31st season of the show. Filming took place this summer.

"I don't have any bad things in my life, except 'Pearl Islands.' My exit, it's haunted me for 12 years," Savage said in the premiere episode of "Second Chance." "And I'm not over it. And to cure my 'Survivor' pain, I need to give it 1000 percent. I'm gonna leave everything I got in this game, and it will be epic."

Spencer Bledsoe, who attended the University of Chicago, is still in the running to win "Survivor" this season. The show airs Wednesdays on CBS at 7 p.m.
