BRIEF: Former 'Bachelorette' star Jillian Harris announces she's pregnant

March 04--Former "The Bachelorette" star Jillian Harris announced Friday she is pregnant with her first child.

"Our little family is growing!!! We feel blessed, overwhelmed and over the moon about our new (little) miracle on its way," Harris posted on Twitter. She said she is keeping the baby's gender a surprise.

Harris, 36, got engaged to Chicago entrepreneur Ed Swiderski in the finale of the fifth season of "The Bachelorette," which aired in 2009. Harris briefly lived in Chicago before the couple split in 2010.

Harris is dating former professional snowboarder Justin Pasutto. Swiderski married WFLD-Ch. 32 anchor Natalie Bomke last year.
