BRIEF: Fire destroys three cars parked on street in West Lawn

Feb. 04--Three cars were destroyed by fire early Thursday as they sat parked on a street in the West Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

Firefighters were called around 3:40 a.m. to 63rd Street and Kildare Avenue, according to Deputy Fire Chief Jeff Lyle, a Chicago Fire Department spokesman.

There were no injuries, he said.

Police bomb and arson investigators were called to the scene.
