BRIEF: Fiji island villa promises a break from paparazzi

Dec. 08--An island villa in Savusavu, Fiji, is on the market at $2.9 million and banking on its location and lack of paparazzi to draw celebrities.

Set on a landscaped acre along a cliff edge, the property overlooks the Koro Sea. The villa has 3,000 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

A horizon-edge pool, spa, a three-car garage, a barbecue gazebo and covered walkways are among amenities.

In addition to reefs, rock pools and unlimited coconuts and papayas, the property includes a one-boat mooring in the private lagoon.

The villa is part of the Wavi Island Resort and Spa, which includes a fitness center, restaurant and bar, according to the website www.nopaparazzihere.com.

The project will have 20 lots on 27 acres.

Chad Z. King is the listing agent.
