BRIEF: FBI: Woman wanted in bank robbery on Southwest Side

Nov. 20--The FBI released images Friday of a woman wanted in a robbery of a U.S. Bank branch on the city's Southwest Side.

Shortly after 2:30 p.m. Thursday, a woman entered the bank located at 2854 W. Cermak Road and announced a robbery , the FBI said. She made off with an undisclosed amount of money.

The woman is described as Hispanic and has a slender build. She is about 5 feet tall and is between 60 to 65 years of age. She was last seen wearing a black hat, a pink and gray coat and sunglasses, the FBI said.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the Chicago FBI office at 312-421-6700.
