BRIEF: FBI seeks help tracking down 5 accused of selling fake tickets

April 04--The FBI is seeking the public's help in tracking down five people charged with running a counterfeit ticket scheme in the Chicago area.

They were among 16 people charged in February with selling fake tickets for games, events and concerts at Soldier Field, United Center and the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, the FBI said in a release. Eleven have been arrested. All of them face forgery charges.

The FBI identified the five as Rashawn Mays, Joseph McKnight, Lamont Flowers, Marcus Moore and Rodney Pole.

The group is accused of printing counterfeit tickets for Bears, Bulls and Blackhawks games, WWE Extreme Wrestling and "Disney on Ice." They advertised the tickets online and sold them for cash, the FBI said. The buyers discovered they were fake when they tried to enter the events.

Anyone with information can call the Chicago FBI at (312) 421-6700.
