BRIEF: FBI, Crystal Lake cops seek man in bank robbery

March 31--Crystal Lake Police are seeking a man who robbed a Fifth Third Bank branch in the suburb Monday afternoon.

Police were called to the bank at 265 W. Virginia St., also known as Route 14, at 4:19 p.m., officials said in news release.

The man, described as a white male about 37 years old, fled with an undetermined amount of cash, police said.

The man had brown hair and facial stubble and was wearing a dark gray baseball cap, sunglasses on the visor, a red pullover hooded sweatshirt with a white log on the front and a white stripes along the shoulders. He also had blue denim pants and white and blue Nike gymshoes, police said.

FBI officials are investigating along with the Crystal Lake police, officials said.
