BRIEF: Explosions heard as hillside home burns in Los Feliz

April 25--A two-story hillside home caught fire Friday evening in Los Feliz, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The fire started around 6 p.m. at 1413 Sanborn Ave., and there were reports of explosions heard from inside the home, the Fire Department said.

The fire was out around 6:30 p.m., according to the Fire Department. More than 50 firefighters responded to the blaze, officials said.
