BRIEF: 'Empire' stars squash feud rumors with fake fight

Oct. 08--Though they have a hot-and-cold relationship on "Empire," Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard are friends off set, Henson posted on Instagram Wednesday.

Henson, who plays Howard's ex-wife, Cookie Lyon, on the Fox show about a hip-hop mogul and his family, staged a fight with Howard to squash feud rumors and posted the video to Instagram.

"I'm sick of you. You're such a diva," Henson tells Howard (who was born in Chicago and has an apartment in the city) as they pretend to argue.

"Word on tha street is Terrence and I don't get along! Like I would fight to work with someone I do not get along with?! Don't be silly," Henson posted.

Meanwhile, Fox released a music video Wednesday for the song "No Doubt About It" by Pitbull and Jussie Smollett, who plays Jamal Lyon on the show.

"Empire," which is filmed in Chicago and set in New York, airs 8 p.m. Wednesdays.
