BRIEF: Eclipse announces final show in Stephen Adly Guirgis season

Jan. 04--Eclipse Theatre Company has announced that it will conclude its 2016 Stephen Adly Guirgis season with his 2008 play "The Little Flower of East Orange."

As previously announced, Steve Scott will direct. "The Little Flower of East Orange," Guirgis' dysfunctional-family drama, follows a mother stricken with dementia and her two children as they confront ghosts of the past in a Bronx hospital.

As previously announced, the Guirgis-filled season also includes "Jesus Hopped the 'A' Train" (April 14 to May 22) and "Our Lady of 121st Street" (July 14 to Aug. 21).

"The Little Flower of East Orange" runs Nov. 3 to Dec. 18 at the Athenaeum Theatre, 2936 N. Southport Ave.
