April 16--All eastbound lanes on a portion of Interstate 94 in northwest Indiana were shut down earlier this morning after a semi rolled over and lost its load, Indiana State Police said.
According to an advisory from state police, the incident happened near mile marker 21, which is near Porter.
By 8 a.m., the right lane had reopened, according to a member of the state police who would not give his name.
