BRIEF: Duncan Keith, Blackhawks croon to tune of $100,000 at charity concert

Feb. 26--Duncan Keith might be the most reluctant singer of Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On" in the history of karaoke, but he took one for the team -- and for his charity, which raised $100,000 Monday night to support medical patients' families.

The Blackhawks defenseman was joined by Corey Crawford, Andrew Shaw and several other teammates, who sang for a sold-out crowd and took turns tending bar at the "Keith Relief" benefit concert at Joe's Bar on Weed Street.

Country singer Dustin Lynch played host and egged on several Hawks during musical numbers.

Teuvo Teravainen handed over an engagement ring during a surprise wedding proposal while the Hawks center played bartender.

Keith said in a team video that the concert has raised more than $500,000 since its creation in 2011. This year's donations will help support families staying at the Ronald McDonald House at Lurie Children's Hospital.
