BRIEF: Dove's Luncheonette, Parachute among Bon Appetit's 'Best New Restaurants'

Aug. 04--Dove's Luncheonette (1545 N. Damen Ave., 773-645-4060), hailed for its Southern-inspired Mexican cuisine; and Parachute (3500 N. Elston Ave., 773-654-1460), which has earned a national reputation for its Korean-American food, are among Bon Appetit's 50 Best New Restaurants for 2015.

The annual list, which was announced today, includes restaurants throughout the country.

Bon Appetit will winnow the list of 50 to create its annual Hot 10 list, which will be announced Aug. 18.
