BRIEF: Dick Wolf's Chicago legal drama gets new name, star

March 14--"Chicago Justice," the fourth installment in Dick Wolf's Chicago-set franchise for NBC, has tapped NBC's "Heroes Reborn" star Nazneen Contractor to play an assistant state's attorney, Deadline reported last week.

Contractor, 33, confirmed the news on Twitter. Philip Winchester (Sky1's "Strike Back") is slated to play lead prosecutor. The two are scheduled to guest star in the 21st episode of "Chicago P.D." this season, which will introduce the spinoff, according to Deadline.

The name of the series, which was greenlit earlier this year, also changed from "Chicago Law" to "Chicago Justice," Deadline reported.

"Chicago Fire," the first in the franchise, began airing in October 2012. "Chicago P.D." followed in 2014 and "Chicago Med" premiered in November. The shows are filmed in Chicago.
