BRIEF: Diamond heiress Zeta Graff seeks a tenant for her contemporary showplace in Bel-Air

Sept. 21--Zeta Graff hasn't found a buyer yet for her Bel-Air property listed at $8.8 million, so the actress and diamond heiress is also seeking a renter at $35,000 a month.

Designed by architect Zoltan Pali and set on more than half an acre, the contemporary house is actually two structures connected by a glassed-in sky bridge.

Thirty-foot-high ceilings, 15-foot doors and walls of glass are among architectural features of the two-part house, built in 2003. Windows take in canyon, mountain and reservoir views.

The main building contains an open-plan kitchen with a center island, a formal dining room, a sitting area/media room and the master suite above. Terrace and balcony space add outdoor living areas.

The secondary structure has three additional bedroom suites, an office and a laundry room.

The property last changed hands in 2004 for $4.4 million, public records show.

Graff is part of the family that owns London-based Graff Diamonds. She appeared in "The Fifth Element" (1997) as well as various TV movies and series.

Kathryn Davis of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties has the lease listing.
