Feb. 08--Dennis Rodman offered his services to (begged?) Phil Jackson for the New York Knicks coaching vacancy after Jackson fired Derek Fisher on Monday.
"Hey @PhilJackson11 @nyknicks, I have a pretty decent resume on the court and I can coach; and I'm available. Call me. @nba," Rodman tweeted.
The Knicks promoted Kurt Rambis to interim head coach.
Have to give credit to the former Bulls forward, has anyone ever turned a tweet into a job interview for NBA head coach, much less think it would actually work?
