BRIEF: Dennis Farina's estate lists condo

Aug. 19--A two-bedroom condo in Sandburg Village on the Near North Side that actor Dennis Farina owned until his death in 2013 was listed last week for $375,500.

A onetime Chicago police officer, Farina starred in movies and on TV's "Law Order" before his death at age 69. He also had homes in Scottsdale, Ariz., and New Buffalo, Mich.

His estate listed the 25th-floor condo, which he purchased in 2005 for $322,500. The unit has two baths, a large balcony, top-of-the-line finishes, and north and east views. The unit also has a marble walk-in shower with massage jets.

Listing agent Ruslan Karosanidze declined to comment on the listing.

Farina's estate owns another unit in Sandburg Village, which he also purchased in 2005, for $295,000.
