April 27--Kyle Hendricks has lost his past two starts, but the Chicago Cubs' No. 5 pitcher might have found the right team to change his fortunes.
Hendricks will face the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday night at cold Wrigley Field. Hendricks is 4-1 lifetime against the Brewers with a 1.45 ERA in six career starts. Hendricks was 2-1 with a 1.48 ERA in four starts against the Brewers last season.
Dexter Fowler, who leads the majors with a .506 on-base percentage, returns to the leadoff spot.
Catcher Miguel Montero was scratched from the lineup because of back stiffness.
Montero felt discomfort in Cincinnati despite playing Sunday.
David Ross will start at catcher in place of Montero and bat eighth, with shortstop Addison Russell moving up to seventh.
Manager Joe Maddon said Montero would be available in case of an emergency.
