BRIEF: Cubs host whiffle ball ticket giveaway in Millennium Park

Feb. 23--The Cubs are hosting a ticket giveaway in the form of a whiffle ball home run derby in Millennium Park Tuesday at noon.

The Cubs began teasing the promotion on social media Monday, using "#HitforTix." The derby, which will award a pair of tickets to those who can hit a home run, will take place at Wrigley Square (near the corner of Michigan and Randolph).

Luckily for Michigan Ave. motorists, Kyle Schwarber is in Arizona and will not be able to participate.

Single-game tickets go on sale Friday.
