July 10--David Ross apparently hasn't fully recovered from concussion-like symptoms as Taylor Teagarden will start Friday when the Chicago Cubs open the City Series against the Chicago White Sox at Wrigley Field.
Teagarden has made one start -- Tuesday night with Dallas Beeler on the mound. Ross was placed on the seven-day disabled list, retroactive to July 2 and was eligible to come off the DL Thursday.
The remainder of the Cubs' lineup remains relatively intact against rookie left-hander Carlos Rodon.
