Oct. 28--The Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox will be well represented on the mound Saturday night in the Arizona Fall League's ninth annual Fall Stars Game at Salt River Fields in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Top pitching prospect C.J. Edwards of the Cubs was selected to the East roster, while Chris Bassitt and Francellis Montas of the White Sox were named to the West roster.
The Fall Stars Game showcases the elite talent in the AFL. Edwards, the Cubs' top pitching prospect, is 1-0 with a 2.57 ERA in three starts for Mesa.
Bassitt is 1-1 with an 0.79 ERA in five appearances for Glendale, and Montas is 1-0 with a 1.74 ERA in three starts for Glendale.
The game will be televised by the MLB Network starting at 7 p.m.
