July 30--CTA buses were temporarily rerouted after a semi became stuck under a viaduct Thursday morning in the Magnificent Mile neighborhood.
The accident happened at Lower Michigan Avenue and Illinois Street and affected eastbound service on four bus routes, CTA spokesman Jeff Tolman said.
The 29, 65, 121 and Streeterville Express bus routes were rerouted via Illinois Street, Rush Street and Fairbanks Court, said Tolman.
Westbound service was not affected.
